Biography
Tuhinur Arju, MS, began her career at the International Centre for Diarrheal Disease Research, Bangladesh, working on immunity, maternal and child malnutrition, and molecular diagnostics. She also worked in COVID neuroimmunology and traumatic brain injury research at the University of Minnesota, as well as cardiometabolic disease research in the Physiology and Cell Biology Department at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences. Tuhinur's role will involve generating high-quality laboratory research data for the MAISRC Lab to Lakes project using polymerase chain reaction (PCR) in the eDNA lab. She received her MS in Zoology (Parasitology) from the University of Dhaka, Bangladesh. She is also passionate about gardening!
